Payment: We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro. If you fax your order we will also accept payment by Cheque or Postal Order made payable to 'Charlotte Cot Blankets Ltd'. Charlotte Cot Blankets is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.
Delivery: Delivery is by first class mail.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your personalised item please return it within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
